Pizza Dough
lukewarm water | 1 1/2 cups | |
lukewarm water | 1 1/2 tablespoons | |
olive oil | 1/4 cup | |
granulated yeast | 1/2 tablespoon | |
kosher salt | 3/4 tablespoon | |
00 Italian flour | 3 3/4 cups |
Directions
- Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of lukewarm water (100F or below) with the yeast, stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix flour, salt, and olive oil to yeast mixture.
- Using a dough hook, run mixer on low/knead for 5 minutes.
- Form dough ball into ball and place in a lightly greased bowl, sprinkle with flow. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and kitchen towel, let rise in fridge over several hours or on counter top for 2 hours, or until doubled.
