Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Spinach Artichoke Dip
parmesan reginanno cheese | 2 cups | |
chopped spinach, frozen and chopped | 1 (10 ounce) box | |
artichoke hearts, drained and chopped | 1 (14 ounce) can | |
sour cream | 2/3 cup | |
Philadelphia cream cheese | 1 cup | |
mayonnaise | 1/3 cup | |
garlic, minced | 2 teaspoons |
Directions
- Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender and drain.
- Preheat oven at 375*F.
- Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
