Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip

parmesan reginanno cheese 2 cups
chopped spinach, frozen and chopped 1 (10 ounce) box
artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 (14 ounce) can
sour cream 2/3 cup
Philadelphia cream cheese 1 cup
mayonnaise 1/3 cup
garlic, minced 2 teaspoons

Directions

  1. Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender and drain.
  2. Preheat oven at 375*F.
  3. Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
