| Hot Sausage (ground) | 1lb | |
| Onion, Diced | 1 | |
| Garlic | 3 Cloves | |
| Italian Tomato Sauce (Defartelli is Debbi's Reco) | 32oz Can | |
| Fresh Parsley, Chopped (dry substitute) | 1/2 tbsp | |
| Basil (fresh/dry) | 1/2 tbsp | |
| Parmigiana Cheese, Grated | 3/4 Cup | |
| Mozzarella Cheese | 8oz or more |
Directions:
- Brown meat, onion and garlic together
- Add tomato sauce, parsley and basil
- Turn to simmer
- Cook Pasta
- Add Parmigiana Cheese
- Put in Pan and Top with Mozzarella Cheese
- Cook @ 350* for 20-30min
