Chipotle Adobe Cream

sour cream		1 cup
mayonnaise		1/2 cup
Chipotles in adobe sauce		2
adobe sauce (from can)		2 teaspoons
lemon, squeezed		1/2
Kosher salt and pepper

Great on fish tacos and nachos.

Directions

Finley chop chipotles and set aside.
Blend together and put in fridge for 1 hour to chill and combine flavors.
