chicken breast, cooked and diced | 1 | |
milk, warmed | 1/2 cup | |
butter | 1/4 cup | |
flour | 1/3 cup | |
rice, cooked | 1 1/2 cups | |
chicken broth | 8oz. | |
garlic, chopped | 2 cloves |
Directions
- Cook rice and set aside.
- Cook chicken and dice up and set aside.
- Melt butter and add garlic.
- Add flower and cook until frothy.
- Add warm milk and broth and bring to slight boil.
- Add chicken and cooked rice and add to casserole dish.
- Add cheese to top.
- Bake at 350*F for 40minutes or until bubbly aroun dside.
