oats | 3 1/4 cup | |
almonds, chopped | 1/3 cup | |
walnut pieces | 1/3 cup | |
chia seeds | 1/3 cup | |
flax (ground) | 1/3 cup | |
cinnamon (ground) | 3 teaspoons | |
cloves (ground) | 1 teaspoon | |
salt | 1 teaspoon | |
olive oil | 1/3 cup | |
vanilla extract | 1 teaspoon | |
honey (raw) | 1/3 cup | |
eggs, beaten | 3 |
These will help you power through your day filled with high quality whole food ingredients. Try them with the kids!
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
- Pour wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Store in fridge for an hour to allow set.
- Pre-heat oven at 350*F.
- Form into palm size bars and place on non-stick cookie sheet.
- Bake @ 350*F for 17 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
