Breakfast Bars

oats 3 1/4 cup
almonds, chopped 1/3 cup
walnut pieces 1/3 cup
chia seeds 1/3 cup
flax (ground) 1/3 cup
cinnamon (ground) 3 teaspoons
cloves (ground) 1 teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon
olive oil 1/3 cup
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
honey (raw) 1/3 cup
eggs, beaten 3

These will help you power through your day filled with high quality whole food ingredients. Try them with the kids!

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
  2. Pour wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Store in fridge for an hour to allow set.
  4. Pre-heat oven at 350*F.
  5. Form into palm size bars and place on non-stick cookie sheet.
  6. Bake @ 350*F for 17 minutes.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
