| flour, 00 | 1/4 cup | |
| whole milk | 2 cups | |

Buttermilk Biscuits
| flour, 00 or really nice all purpose | 2 cups | |
| baking powder | 2 teaspoons | |
| baking soda | 1/4 teaspoon | |
| salt | 1 teaspoon | |
| cold butter, grated | 7 tablespoons | |
| buttermilk | 3/4 cups | 
Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits with easy to make sausage gravy.
Gravy Directions
- Brown pork sausage and then add the flour.
 - Add whole milk and bring to a boil.
 - Add salt and pepper
 
Biscuit Directions
- Combine the dry ingredients including the butter
 - Make hole for buttermilk and slowly pour and whisk in
 - Place on floured surface and fold over a few times
 - Cut out biscuits and place in cast iron or pan and have them touch.
 - Brush buttermilk over top
